Buddha, also known as Siddhattha Gotama or Siddhartha Gautama, was a philosopher, spiritual teacher and religious leader who lived in ancient India. He was born in Lumbini in 563 BC and died in 483 BC.
He is considered the founder of the Buddhist world.
